It became a place of comfort, celebration, laughter, and love, and we feel incredibly grateful for the years we've spent here.

One of my parents’ favorite rituals was enjoying the sun rising and watching the neighborhood come to life, with children heading off to school and neighbors beginning their busy days. There was something special about those quiet moments, coffee in hand, watching the familiar rhythm of the neighborhood unfold. Over the years, we all came to cherish the neighborhood loop, where we spent countless walks with our dogs, enjoying every season and getting to know the wonderful surroundings.

Inside, every room has its own story. The formal living room was the heart of many holiday celebrations and family gatherings. Many summers were spent soaking in the afternoon sunshine, entertaining family and friends, and taking in the beautiful views. Watching boats glide across Lake Sammamish never grew old, and every Fourth of July offered a spectacular show. From the backyard, we could enjoy fireworks over the lake, in Bellevue, and even in the distance toward Seattle, creating magical evenings that became a cherished family tradition.

Leaving this home is bittersweet because we are not simply leaving a house; we are saying goodbye to a place that has been the backdrop for so many meaningful moments in our lives.
