“Hello!

Thank you so much for viewing this home. We are honored to share with you a little history about us and this amazing home. Growing up on the Eastside with our families before getting married, we were not very familiar with the North Creek area of Bothell. We hadn’t considered Bothell as a potential place we would live, let alone end up raising our three children. We started searching for a home in 2005. We had visited several homes in the surrounding area and after several months we accidentally found this gem we would call home for the next fourteen years. What captured our attention was its curb appeal and the beautiful setting behind the home that backs the North Creek river (we hadn’t even been inside yet). We spent every summer outside enjoying the yard and the pleasantries it brought. From bald eagles and herons flying through the trees over North Creek, to many friendly yard bunnies playing in the trees. As a family we felt spoiled with the nighttime barbecues with friends, the story telling around the outdoor fire pit while roasting marshmallows by the open fire. Our children loved the adventure of the trails through the forest, playing in the river and just plain exploring to see where they’d end up or to see what they could find. During the Summer months there was plenty of room in our private cul-de-sac for bike riding, sports, and simply just hanging out with friends. July 4th was always incredible with our neighbors which included an unbelievable fireworks show!

From the moment we entered the home, the interior was captivating and we knew it was our slice of paradise. As we settled in, our home really took a hold of us, the space, the layout and the beautiful peaceful back yard conformed to exactly what we needed and had wanted. Over the years our children would enjoy sleepovers, great nerf battles in the long hallways, movie nights in the theater room which we considered our getaway space, holiday dinners with family and friends in the dining room and nightly dinners out on the patio or in the nook that kept us very close as a family. There are so many memories that we created as a family! We will all cherish them for our lifetime.
