Founded in 2016, the Woodinville Car Club has spent the past decade bringing automotive enthusiasts together while supporting the local community through memorable events. Now celebrating 10 years of community car shows, the Woodinville Wine & Hops Car Show has grown over the past five years into the club’s signature annual event, attracting more than 200 vehicles and enthusiasts from across Washington.

🧑‍🔧🔧👩‍🔧 Every raffle ticket purchased and every donation made helps fund scholarships for students in the Automotive Technology and Auto Body programs at Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech), giving aspiring technicians and collision repair professionals the opportunity to build rewarding careers in the automotive industry.

* 6:00pm - Woodin Creek Kitchen & Tap Meeting room: Order food & drinks, (individual bills). Meet & chat with other members.
* 7:00pm - Woodinville Cruiser Car Club Monthly Meeting begins - Updates from the Club, followed by an open forum if you have any events or stories to share.

Woodinville Cruisers Car Club Monthly Meeting - open to everyone! This is a time for us to gather and share upcoming Car Shows, Cruises, Events and more. We host at a restaurant so you can order food and drinks for yourself while mingling with others.
In addition, Woodin Creek Village, downtown Woodinville will be hosting us. They will be blocking off the streets for those of you who wish to arrive early to display your ride! Sort of a "cruise-in" show for the community during our meetings.

We request each attendee bring $1.00 as a donation towards our annual community charity donation. Thank you for your support!

Participation in this event, including but not limited to showing at, participating in, purchasing items from, or attending the Car Show / Cruise / Parade / Festival / Event, is entirely at your own risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

The Woodinville Cruisers Car Club, its members, event coordinators, agents, officers, officials, staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, the Woodinville Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Woodinville, including its departments, agents, officers, elected and appointed officials, and volunteers, will not be liable for any damages, loss of property, or injury of any degree. By attending, you agree not to hold any of these entities or individuals liable for any damage, loss, injury, or other incidents you, your property, or your guests may sustain or incur by participating in or attending this event or any related activities.

By participating in this event, you also consent to the use of any photos taken during the event for promotional purposes, including future shows, website postings, merchandise, and fundraising activities.

Interacting with or purchasing from our supporters, donors, and vendors is at your own risk. Ensure your vehicle is properly insured and that you obey all traffic laws when traveling to, from, and within the event grounds. Drive slowly and safely when entering, parking, and exiting the event areas. Be respectful of other attendees, patrons, event staff, volunteers, and surrounding neighbors.

I, the undersigned and/or acknowledged applicant am eighteen years of age or older and desire entry into the Parade and/or show / festival and am fully aware of the fact that there are special dangers and risks inherent in this activity, including, but not limited to, the risk of serious physical injury, death or other harmful consequences that may arise or result directly or indirectly to the company, group, or organization listed above or as a private individual entry from participation in this activity. Being fully informed as to these risks and in consideration of being allowed to participate in (Member or other group) sponsored activities, I/we hereby assume all risk of injury, damage and harm to any participant arising from such activities or use. I/we also hereby individually and on behalf of my/our heirs, executors and assigns, release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Member, its officials, employees, volunteers and agents and waive any right of recovery that I/we might have to bring a claim or a lawsuit against Member for any personal injury, death or other consequences occurring out of my/our voluntary participation in this activity.

If you use any awnings, tents, or umbrellas, make sure they are properly secured to prevent accidents in case of sudden weather changes. Use your best judgment and prioritize safety. If it is windy, refrain from setting up items like awnings, tents, umbrellas, or folding chairs that could potentially fall or be blown over, causing injury or damage.

No burnouts, racing, reckless driving, illegal substances, or rude behavior will be permitted at the event.

Licenses, registration, and insurance may be required per City / State laws. These requirements are the responsibility of the individual participant(s), vendor, and/or business. Participant agrees to maintain personal auto liability insurance in full force and effect during the event. Participant’s insurance shall be primary and non-contributory with respect to any liability arising from their participation. The event organizer’s insurance shall be excess and shall not contribute unless participant’s coverage is exhausted.

If you notice any unsafe conditions or potential problems, notify event staff or volunteers immediately.

Event staff / volunteers reserve the right to remove any participant or attendee from the event for violating these rules or for any other reason deemed necessary to maintain the safety and integrity of the event.

By registering and/or participating for any / all events, you hereby agree to all the above terms.
