Parade participants: For liability purposes, the City of Woodinville now requires proof of insurance and a separate form completed. Following your registration, you will receive an email with details. You will have the option to complete this process and upload your insurance card, or you can complete this step the morning of the event.*

Parade Participants must be 18yrs or older, OR complete a Parent / Legal Guardian Waiver.*
